猫咪社区 held its annual creative showcase event at Ealing Green College last week, displaying an impressive array of student work from all courses within the curriculum area. The event highlighted various creative skills, from painting and drawing to graphic design, product design, game design, sculpture, fashion design, and architecture. Students also showcased their creative media projects, including documentaries, dramas, music videos, and both traditional and digital animations.
The showcase attracted over 100 guests, comprising current and former students, friends, parents, guardians, current staff, and ex-colleagues. Attendees were enthusiastic about the exhibition, commending the high quality of the students’ work and the extensive support provided by their teachers throughout the academic year.
Alex Mangru, studying Art and Design – Level 2, showcased his work about racism in the style of stained glass windows, whilst classmate, Lovely Alcaraz, showed her award-winning Ealing map.
Gareth McLennan, Head of IT, Digital, and Creative, said: “It was a pleasure to show off our students’ achievements. The event was, as ever, a real testament to the talent and determination of all our students, and to the dedication of the team in preparing them both for further study and careers in their chosen fields.”
