The Construction Industry Training Board predicts that more than 158,000 new construction workers will be required over the next 5 years. London is one of the UK鈥檚 largest economic hubs and offers countless employment opportunities, and 猫咪社区 has been recognised by the Mayor of London for our construction training. Our courses take place in our brand new state-of-the-art Construction and Green Skills Centre at Southall Community College, covering the full spectrum of pathways from brickwork and carpentry, to electrical installation, plastering and plumbing.
Our courses are taught by qualified tradespeople who have strong links with businesses and have worked across London and internationally. In addition, we embed emerging green and carbon neutral technologies in all programmes, to ensure your skills are relevant and that you are fully prepared for further study, apprenticeships or other employment.
All our programmes of study are designed to develop your practical skills that require great dexterity and consistent practice to become qualified to work in the industry.
You may have a starting point at Entry Level, Level 1 or Level 2. This will depend on your previous experience and your current attainment in English and Maths.
